Almost every clinic in Turkey advertises a guarantee. Very few explain what it covers. A guarantee is only worth what its written conditions say, and the difference between a meaningful one and a marketing line is usually four or five sentences of detail. This page explains what to read before you sign.
Most hair transplant guarantees promise that a defined percentage of transplanted grafts — commonly 90 to 95 per cent — will survive and produce hair. If growth falls below that level, the clinic performs a corrective session. That is the standard shape of the promise.
Read these five points in the written document:
If you fly home after surgery, enforcing a guarantee means returning to Turkey. Ask who pays for the second trip and whether the clinic will assess you remotely first. A clinic that keeps structured follow-up records is a clinic that can actually process a claim.
Ask instead: how many corrective sessions did you perform last year, and for what reasons? A clinic that can answer that question keeps records. A clinic that cannot is guaranteeing something it does not measure.
Procedures at Prime Hair Transplant Clinic in Istanbul are performed by Dr. M. Resat Arpaci, who holds a Micrograft Hair Transplantation Certificate from the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS). Written guarantee terms, follow-up schedule and what is included in the price are explained during consultation, before any booking is made.
Most established clinics offer a graft survival guarantee, typically 90 to 95 per cent. What matters is the written conditions: when growth is assessed (month twelve, not month six), who assesses it, what is excluded, and whether a corrective session includes travel and accommodation.
A written guarantee forms part of your treatment agreement and is binding to the extent of its stated terms. Verbal promises made during a sales call are not. Ask for the guarantee in writing, in a language you read fluently, before paying a deposit.
No responsible clinic guarantees hair you have not lost yet. Transplanted grafts are permanent, but native hair can continue to thin. A good surgeon plans the hairline with that future in mind rather than promising it will not happen.
At twelve months. Regrowth begins around month three or four and density settles between months nine and twelve, so any earlier assessment is measuring an incomplete result.
